When Phone Zombie Meets Sociopath
During the quarter-mile before impact, the dashcammer says three times: “You still don’t see it”. Plus, he effectively blocks the driver into the passing lane. That’s a kind of criminal called sociopath. Normal human driver would have slowed and honked. What a deepcreep, this one. Probably has post-crash walk-up video of the crash victim bleeding out in-car.
