Any claims of noise disruption to business such as at 0:50 are hypocritical, since 20 years ago the same ilk could ‘not have possibly imagined having an office at and working from home’.
This is anti-gasoline powered engines, pro (dangerous) batteries / green-agenda, similar to the ridiculous ‘no more gas powered leaf blowers allowed in Montgomery County’ that recently passed and is lurching toward enforcement. On the equally valid other hand, residential zoning should not allow regular / routine operations of this kind, so far beyond residential purpose…once in a while, sure, but certainly not routinely, daily.
