So 20 years ago we had this idea of a “DC Sniper Rally” but it never materialized. Maybe it was too soon, too emotional, too much in ‘bad taste’, etc. In 2022, two guys went around visiting the kill-spots and presenting basic info, history, etc. It is interesting.
